Victor & Hester (29.01.2010) is a not-for-profit artist run project, which supports the development and presentation of new work by visual artists and writers based in Glasgow and abroad. Exploring relationships between visual art and textual practices, we host a monthly exhibition series and written journal, which act as a catalyst for a broader exchange of ideas on visual and literary art. 

Victor & Hester was founded by artists Amelia Bywater, Kirstin Carlin, Emma Fitts & Camillo Paravicini. Since August 2010 Victor & Hester has had no attachment to any particular residence and began a series of exhibitions and launches around Glasgow city. The project is now directed by Amelia Bywater & Emma Fitts.
